Our hotels have adapted rooms for people with reduced mobility. They are available upon previous request and subject to hotel availability.

This service is subject to availability. There is a deposit required for that, and you can ask the reception directly about it.

Meal time // What are the hours for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?

Our restaurants’ time is:

- Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Does the restaurant have a dress code?

At dinner, we ask our guests not to wear swimsuits, bikinis, t-shirts, or sleevesless t-shirts.

In the case of allergies or intollerances?

At the main buffet, we offer a wide range of food suitable for people with intolerances or allergies. Our guests should inquire directly with the Chef or Maitre when they arrive.

What are the different accommodarion types available for your guests?

Bed & Breakfast: it includes breakfast only.(Arena Castillo)

Do you hold Gala dinner?

We do hold a Gala dinner for Christmas on 25th December and a Gala dinner for New Years Eve on 31st December. The special activity program is available at reception




Does the hotel have Wi-fi?

Wi-Fi is free and there is no limit of devices connected.

Is the gym free?

The gym is free for all our guests +18.

Do you have a luggage room?

A luggage room is available for free either before the check in or after check out.

Do you have entertainment in the hotel?

All our hotels have daytime and evening entertainment for adults and childrens.

In Arena Beach there is a Mini club (children under 4 should be accompanied by parents).




Do the hotel have parking?

There is free and pubblic parking around all our hotels.

Where can we rent a car?

You can inquire with the receptionist about arranging a rental car.

Can you organise a pick-up on arrival?

We don’t manage this service directly from reception, but you can book a transfer through our web page




Do you organize excursions?

The reception staff will be more than happy to help you plan and book your activities and excursions during your stay.




How is the water in the pools?

We have natural-water pools but we use saline chlorination to treat them.

Is the pool heated?

During winter time, at least one of the pools for adults is always heated at 22/25º.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pools towels are provided by reception with a deposit of 10€ and can be changed for a small fee.




How far is the nearest beach?

The Dunes of Corralejo are a 10 minutes walk away from our hotels, and they are a natural park where you can find the best beaches on the island.

How far is the main street of Corralejo?

Our hotel is situated a 15 minutes walk away from the commercial part of Corralejo.




Which payment systems do you accept?

You can pay your invoice with the following systems:

- Bank Transfers on week prior your arrival

If I make a reservation through Arena Hotels’ web page, until when can I cancel it?

Guests can cancel their reservation until a week prior their arrival.

Up to what age do children stay free of charge?

Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge.

Is it possible to add an extra person to my booking?

In cases where the room can accommodate an extra person, it can be added without any problems. You will need to notify the hotel with the name of the extra person and pay the difference for him/her based on the pension and number of days that you are staying.

How can I reserve a baby cot?

You can contact the hotel directly or add a comment to the extras section during your reservation.

Can the name of the person who made the reservation be changed?

The day before your arrival, you will need to contact us by email or directly the hotel in order to ask for the change.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation online?

You need a credit card as guarantee to confirm the reservation. Anyway, if you choose a flexible rate, the payment will be made upon arrival.

Why did the price change from one day to the next?

Our prices can change according to supply and demand. Furthermore, we make Reservations with a deadline. For this reason, prices can change.




How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

There is the possibility to get to the hotel by taxi, by a private or shared transfer or by public bus.

If you choose this last option, you should take the bus nº 3 till Puerto del Rosario and then the nº6 from Puerto del Rosario till Corralejo.

Buses leave every hour and you’ll take more or les 60 minutes to get to Corralejo.

How much it costs a taxi from the airpot to the hotel?

The airport is 40 km far from the hotel. By car, it takes 40 minutes and the taxi costs around 50€ or 60€.
